I'm a 53-year-old retired man who prefers living in a clean studio. I don't do much as I can't get around easily, so I spend my time watching movies. I'm a very reliable person, but I do have one vice - I'm a smoker. I don't own pets or have kids, and that's just fine by me And also I should add that I have a disability I also have to use my own toilet seat and I also have a seat for my showers so that is why I would prefer to have my own shower so I would be more interested in a granny flat or a studio apartment could even be a one bedroom unit because if I do end up in a share house I would have to be a unsuite room also I should add that I can not get up stairs as I use a walking stick and I am looking for long term Garren tee as I just want to move into somewhere in the south east suburbs as I have a lot of doctors and specialists appointment in the south east suburbs thankyou!
