My name is Benjamin O’Connor. I’m a full-time Senior Health & Safety Consultant with EY based in the Perth CBD. I recently relocated to Perth and am looking for a place where I can settle.

I have previous rental experience and understand the responsibilities that come with being a reliable tenant. I take pride in keeping my home clean, tidy, and well maintained, paying rent on time, and treating any property with the same care and respect as if it were my own. I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and am always considerate of my neighbours.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, spending time at the beach, and exploring everything Perth has to offer.
