Hey, I'm Bryce, 22, originally from Lake Tahoe in the US and recently landed in Brisbane for work. I'm a software engineer building integrations for an HR tech company here in the Valley, so I'm out of the house most days and pretty easy to live with.

Outside work I play tennis, run (big fan of the Riverwalk and Victoria Park), and get to the gym most mornings. I'm tidy, keep to myself when people want space, and happy to hang out when they don't. Not a loud-party type, but I like a good house where people actually get along.

Looking for a furnished room in a friendly, low-drama sharehouse around the Valley, New Farm, Teneriffe or Newstead. I'm settling into Brisbane for the longer term and want somewhere I can actually feel at home. Keen to meet the house and see if it's a fit.
