I am an International student in my 20s who will study at UNSW on September 14.
I am not in Australia now and will arrive at around August 31, after which I can inspect your property.
I am respectful and neat. I can make my room clean and intact. I am actually an introvert, so it is okay to ignore me. But you are also welcomed to talk with me, which improves my spoken English. I like running, badminton, anime, computer game like lol, console game and single player game. I have a healthy lifestyle. (eating healthy, exercise regularly)
I am looking for a private room not far from UNSW with DOOR LOCK, a wardrobe and a desk for study. I’d prefer a maximum of 2 people per bathroom. A kitchen is bonus for me, because I am able to cook, though not very proficient. We could share a meal sometimes.
I cannot stand smoking. So I CANNOT LIVE WITH A SMOKER. If your property has a smoker or will have a smoker, please do not contact me. And I am a light sleeper, I hope my roomates and I could agree that we keep noise down after 10 pm or 10:30 pm.
I'd like to stay for at least 3 months, which is a trimester. If everything goes well, I could stay for 2 years or even longer.
