My name is Theresa, I'm 25 years old.

I'll be moving to Sydney for an exchange semester at UNSW from September until December 2026, so I'm currently looking for a comfortable place to call home during that time.

A little about me: I'm a clean, respectful, reliable, and easygoing person who really values a peaceful and friendly living environment. I'm a non-smoker, I don't have any pets, and I always take great care of the place I live in. I treat everyone with kindness, respect, and openness, regardless of their religion, sexuality, or nationality.

I enjoy having conversations and spending time with my flatmates, whether that's cooking together, exploring the city, or just chatting after a long day. At the same time, I completely understand and respect it if someone prefers their own space and quiet time—I’m very flexible and happy with either. I also have plenty of experience living in shared apartments, so I know how important it is to communicate well, be considerate, and keep shared spaces clean and tidy.

In my free time, I enjoy being active, spending time outdoors, and doing sports regularly, so having a relaxed and respectful home environment is especially important to me.
