Edward Tomlin and Max Gray

Hi! We're Ed and Max, both 29-year-old professionals and close friends of over 10 years.

Ed has been renting in Bellevue Hill and works full-time in the city, while Max has recently moved from the UK and works remotely, often splitting his time between home, cafés and co-working spaces.

We're active, easy-going and enjoy making the most of Sydney—whether that's playing tennis or padel, going for runs, heading to the beach or catching up with friends over a drink. We enjoy being social but equally appreciate a relaxed home and quiet evenings.

We're both tidy, respectful and take pride in keeping our home clean and well looked after. We're looking for a friendly, positive household and will treat the property with the same care and respect as if it were our own.

Ed also has a girlfriend who may stay over occasionally, and we're always considerate and respectful of the people we live with.
