My boyfriend and I are looking for a room/house to rent, preferably on the south side and within about 30 minutes of the CBD.

We’re both 24, full-time professionals, working Monday to Friday, and we’re usually busy with the gym, catching up with friends, or other activities after work. We’re clean, respectful, easy-going, and enjoy a social household while also appreciating everyone’s personal space.
