Hi! I'm 38, originally from the Philippines, and I moved to Sydney two years ago. Now I'm looking for a place I can call home. Budget can be flexible for the right reasons.

I work full time in marketing and I'm starting a new job on 1 September at the Northern Beaches. It's five days a week in the office for now, at least while I'm on probation, so I'll be out the door most mornings. I'm hoping to move in around 30 August.

I've shared a house before, so I know how it goes. I'm tidy, I pitch in, and I know when to give people their space. I like a chat over coffee or dinner, though I also enjoy my own company some nights.

When I'm not working I'm usually reading or out on a coastal walk. I'm not a morning person, but I'm quiet at night so you won't hear a peep from me. And I absolutely love dogs, so a resident pup is a bonus, not a dealbreaker!
