Hello everyone, I’m Nick. I’m a student nurse and also work as a hospital administrator, usually on a mix of day and night shifts.

I’m looking for a room in Brisbane City or the surrounding suburbs from early September, although I can be flexible with the move-in date. My budget is up to $400 per week.

Outside of work and study, I enjoy playing sport, exercising, cooking, playing music and going to live shows. I’m generally only home for one full day each week, usually Sunday, and I’m not a smoker or a party person.

I’m clean, easy-going and experienced with living in share houses. I appreciate having my own space, while also respecting shared areas and the people I live with.

I’d enjoy living with people who are working or studying, are open to trying new things, and understand that everyone has their own routines and lives. I’m mainly looking for a comfortable, respectful place to call home so I can avoid commuting from the Gold Coast every day.
