My name is Julia, I am 21 years old and have been living independently and out of home since I was 17. I feel I would be a great candidate for private rental due to my extensive experience of living out of home, and that this has meant I have needed to expand and really work on my confidence and living skills. I am quiet, reliable, very self motivated, trustworthy, able to maintain rental payments and property maintenance, as I appreciate living in clean and well kept spaces. I’m currently expecting my first child and I’m hoping to find a place for the two of us. I am also hopeful to resume my university degree after the birth of my baby to continue to pursue a career in counselling.
