Hi,
I'm currently living with my housemates and happy with them but the house is old and i need a room with these two options: ensuit (preferably) + AC(cooling &heating).
I always do a weekly cleaning based on the roster with my housemates which i expect to do in my next place because it's super important to have live in a clean house and also i expect my new housemates care about it as well.
I work full-time during the week as an engineer so when i get home, either i go to gym or do my hobbies (painting and making figurines) or watch movie or shows in my room.
I've never done any drugs or even smoking.
