Hi! I'm Chaehyeon, originally from South Korea.

Now I'm Sydney and work as a Research Assistant at UNSW. I'm also planning to start a PhD in 2027. My lifestyle is very study- and work-focused, so I'm looking for a peaceful place where I can concentrate.

I'm a non-smoker, I don't drink alcohol, and I don't host parties. I enjoy a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment, and I always do my part to keep shared spaces tidy. I've lived independently in Korea for more than five years, so I'm very comfortable looking after a home and being a considerate housemate.

I've spent a lot of time improving my English before moving to Australia, and I'd love to continue practising it in everyday life. It would be great to live with friendly housemates who are happy to communicate in English.

I'm easy-going, responsible, reliable, and always respectful of other people's privacy and space. I'm hoping to find a home where everyone enjoys a quiet lifestyle and feels comfortable living together.

- Close to UNSW Kensington campus
- Walking distance preferred, or a direct public transport route to UNSW
- Safe neighborhood

3. Room

- Private bedroom
- Private bathroom
- Furnished room (bed, desk, wardrobe, chair, etc)
- Heating & Air conditioning
- Good natural light(north-facing room preferred)

4. House

- Clean and well-maintained
- Quiet household (no parties)
- Pest-free
- Not overcrowded (preferably no more than three people in total, including myself)

5. Budget

- Around AUD $450–520 per week (Happy to discuss the rent for the right place.)
- Bills included (water, electricity and unlimited internet)
