Hi, I’m Eva , looking for a place to live from 5 th September as coming back from overseas after two months away. I work in retail at Pacific Fair and I’m looking for a comfortable, friendly home for myself and my little cat. I’m flexible with the length of stay and open to both short-term and longer-term options.

I love active life style, ocean, beach, yoga, reading, films, nature walks and other ok activities. I’m clean, tidy and respectful of other people’s privacy and personal space. I always keep shared areas neat, pay rent on time and communicate openly if anything needs to be discussed. I’m friendly and active, but not overly loud or constantly social - I enjoy a relaxed home environment and a good balance between spending time together and having my own space.😊

My cat is friendly, well-behaved, non scratchy and enjoys being around other cats and non agressive dogs. I’m looking for a welcoming home with considerate and easy-going housemates.
