Looking for a Home – Gold Coast

Hi, I'm Paul.

I'm a mature, responsible and easy-going guy looking for either a granny flat/self-contained accommodation or a share with one other relaxed and respectful person on the Gold Coast.

I'm currently working and preparing to return to university to continue my Psychology degree, so I'm looking for a comfortable, stable home where I can work, study and enjoy some downtime.

I'm looking broadly from Coomera in the north through to Palm Beach in the south, including suitable areas slightly inland.

Budget: $450–$600 per week, depending on the accommodation and what is included.

What I'm looking for

Ideally, I'd like somewhere that offers:

A quiet and comfortable environment
Good privacy and personal space
Space to set up for studying
Secure parking for two cars
A genuinely dog-friendly environment
A stable arrangement where I can settle in rather than constantly move
A little about me

I'm clean, respectful, independent and financially responsible. I'm not looking for a party house and I'm considerate of other people's space and privacy.

I'm friendly and enjoy having a chat, but I'm equally comfortable doing my own thing. For a share arrangement, I'd ideally like to live with someone who is mature, relaxed and respectful and has their own life and routine.

Roxy

I have a much-loved senior dog, Roxy, who is an important part of my life. She's calm, fully toilet trained and still mobile, and I take full responsibility for her care.

I'm looking for somewhere where she is genuinely welcome and can have a comfortable, settled environment.

Moving Forward

I'm looking for a home that can provide a good base for the next stage of my life — somewhere I can settle in, look after Roxy, continue working for the time being and eventually focus fully on university.

I'm happy to provide references and the usual documentation required.
