During the week I work full time doing waterproofing and in my free time I like to do sports like going to the gym, surfing, or just rest and relax.

Im looking for a house where I can feel like my own house, im always down for a chat or share lunch/dinner but I like having my own space. Also im looking for a house clean and organized living environment.

Not looking for a party house/noisy house just a peaceful home.

I have references from where im living now if it's necessary.

I’m looking for a short-term place, but I’d ideally like the option to extend it long-term.
