Hi, I'm Victor, 23 and an international student from Germany.

I'm studying Management back home and coming to Bond University for two semesters of study abroad. I land in early September 2026 and fly home at the end of April 2027, so I'm looking for a place for those eight months.

My day to day: I run or get to the gym most mornings, I cook properly whenever I have the time rather than living off toast, and I'm a big fan of board games if anyone is ever up for one. I enjoy going out and meeting people, but I also like having a calm home to come back to. I'd describe myself as tidy and organised, and I'll always pull my weight with the shared spaces and the cleaning.

On the household side I'm genuinely easygoing. I get on with most people and I'm happy to fit into how a house already runs. What I'd like most is to live with people I can actually do things with, whether that's a surf, a barbecue or a drink somewhere you rate. I'm coming a long way to experience the Gold Coast properly and not just to study, so housemates who'd show me their favourite spots would honestly make the whole thing.

I'm planning to buy a car once I arrive, so somewhere with parking would be a big help.
