Victor and Clemes

Hi, we're Victor and Clemens, two international students from Germany, studying at Bond University. We're friends and are looking for a place together on the Gold Coast, either a 2-bedroom unit or two rooms in a share house.

We're tidy, organised and easy to live with. We pay rent on time, we don't smoke and don't have pets. We both like going to the gym or for a run, like to cook and we're always up for some games or a nice chat. We love going out, meeting people and are always keen for a drink, but at home we like to keep things calm.

What we're looking for:
2-bedroom unit or 2 rooms in a share house
About Broadbeach, Mermaid, Miami or Burleigh, preferably close to Bond or the beach
Budget: up to $1200 per week combined.
Move-in: from 1 October (flexible), for around 6 months
Parking would be a big plus
