Hey, I'm Lara!

I'm a 26-year-old German moving back to Sydney in mid-November and looking for a room available from then. I spent a year living up in the Northern Beaches and honestly never stopped thinking about coming back, so I stopped resisting.

I've just finished my Master's in Strategic Communication & Leadership and I'm actively job hunting in creative brand and content marketing. If you or anyone you know is hiring, I'm very open to that conversation too.

Outside of work, I'm happiest near the ocean, which was obviously not a coincidence when I picked the Northern Beaches the first time around. I'm also into country music, finding good coffee, and getting to know new neighbourhoods properly rather than just passing through.

As a housemate, I'm tidy, reliable with rent, and pretty easy to be around. I've shared houses across four different countries, so I've learned what makes a good living situation, and it usually comes down to people who actually enjoy each other's company without being in each other's pockets. That's very much my vibe: I love a spontaneous kitchen hangout or a drink after work, and I'm equally happy to disappear into my room and let everyone do their thing.

Looking for somewhere with a good atmosphere, not a party house, just good people.
