I am a 30 year old male, currently working in Pet Retail. I love sport, predominantly NRL, AFL and UFC. I also enjoy exploring cafes and different food spots around the Coast, going for scenic walks to soak in some sunshine and I also love animals, so any pets are a welcome bonus (so long as they are cat friendly).

I am looking for a friendly and welcoming home to reside that is pet friendly, as I have a 13 year old British Shorthair named Teddy, an affectionate senior cat that loves to relax in sunny spots around the house and is well behaved.

I am clean, respectful and sociable, making sure to respect peoples space and quiet time, whilst also being up for shared meals, a couple of drinks or a chat around the house. I have 12+ years worth of experience renting and sharing spaces with people from all different walks of life. I am always mindful of cleaning up after myself promptly, keeping noise to a respectful level and not treating the home as a party house.
