Closer to the beach or Broadwater the better.

Definitely Not looking for a party house.

I’m a tradie who’s business has expanded into QLD

I’ll be working between QLD and NSW so there may be lengthy periods when I’m not at home.

I require parking in a secure lock up garage with a roller door. This can be a single garage or one half of a double garage. This is for my personal car.

Work Ute can be parked on street.

I’d prefer own bathroom or ensuite although this is not a deal breaker.
