We are a Japanese married couple currently living in Australia on Working Holiday visas. We came to Australia to experience life in a different country, while working, exploring, and enjoying the Australian lifestyle.

We are friendly, respectful, tidy, and responsible tenants. We take pride in keeping our home clean and well maintained, and we would treat your property with the same care and respect as we would our own home.

Before coming to Australia, we both worked full-time in Japan and have stable employment backgrounds. We have also saved enough money to comfortably cover more than six months of rent, so we are financially responsible and well prepared for our stay. You can be confident that we will always pay our rent on time.
