I have lived in sharehouses around Newcastle for over 10 years now and am a clean, reliable, and honest housemate. I work four to five nights a week and study full time on campus, so I'm pretty busy most of the time and will keep to myself. I've lived in a variety of spaces with a variety of people in the past, so I'm a very easygoing housemate. As I'm in my 30s and studying/working full time, I'm probably best suited to a house that's of a similar age group/lifestyle.
I'm flexible with the move-in date.
