I'm looking for a room to rent in Perth from September until March (6 months). About me:
- Female, 27, Dutch
- Full time visiting research MSc student at UWA in Coastal Engineering
- Easy going, clean, and respectful
- I enjoy being in nature, outdoor activities, beach volleyball, crossfit, gym, yoga, mindfulness, enjoying beach days, surfing, grabbing a coffee with friends, aquarel painting, sketching

Preferred areas: Close to the beach!! Cottesloe, Claremont, Nedlands, Dalkeith, Peppermint Grove, Mosman Park, Crawley, Shenton Park, Subiaco.

Ideally looking for:
• Rent under $500 week (inc bills)
• Furnished room
• Studio or a calm, relaxed and friendly shared house / granny flat
