Julia

Hi everyone!

I’m Julia, 26, from Germany, and I’m looking for a room on the Gold Coast for at least 4 months while I’m studying at SCU as part of a study abroad program.

I’ve lived in Australia before for both studies and Work & Travel, and I also have family here, so I’m already quite familiar with Australia. This time around, I’d especially love to meet new people, make friends and connect with locals to get to know the Gold Coast beyond just being a student here.

I’m easy-going, tidy, and pretty independent but also enjoy having a chat, sharing a meal or doing something together with housemates. I’m generally quite relaxed and keep fairly regular hours around my studies.

Outside of uni, I’m active and social and love sports, events, going out and meeting new people. I also enjoy slower days at the beach, reading, exploring new places and, of course, finding good coffee.
