Hi, I’m a mature female Registered Nurse working in a hospital in the QE2 medical centre area. Preferably looking for either a fully/ part furnished granny flat or 1 bed apartment for 12 months. Areas interested in are the CBD, Subiaco, Nedlands, Daglish, Claremont and ideally close proximity to public transport. I’m a non-smoker, quiet and respectable. My budget is approximately $550 but for the right place could look to paying higher.
Would also be interested in any 2 bedroom places in these same areas as another mature age female colleague is looking.
