Hello!

My name is Cort, I'm a 27 year old male who has just moved up from Melbourne and I work full-time in Commercial Partnerships, I consider my job stable so I am confident in my ability to pay the required bond, rent, and bills within my budget above.

I love my routine so from Monday to Thursday, my life typically looks like: In the office, dinner, gym, bed (with some scrolling, a movie or video games). Friday's I work from home and like to use that as a life admin day to do my washing, cleaning and other errands (and work if any of my co-workers are on here).

I like to cook (always clean as I go), which as a result it's normally boring (but healthy) meal prep and I'm always down to share some downtime with someone over a feed and talk about your annoying co-worker or the latest headline.

I actually enjoy doing chores and supermarket shopping so I'm always happy to do my part, and chip in further. If you're looking for a new mate or someone who keeps to themselves as a diligent roommate, I'm happy to play either role!

I play local footy during the year so I'm out most Saturday's, and love hanging out with my mates, however I consider a home a quiet, safe, and relaxing place.

I like to keep active and get outside during the day when I can, at night I like to chill and watch movies, play video games with mates, trying to read more lol and obviously doom scroll in bed.

I've lived with roommates in Sydney previously and am currently staying back with them short term so hopefully having me back is a good sign of how I performed as a roommate!
