Hi! I’m Alex. I’m originally from China and currently living in Melbourne.

I’m studying Construction Management at Swinburne University, and I also have a background in Architecture. I’m interested in property, construction, design and real estate, so I’m usually quite busy with study and work-related projects.

Outside of study, I really enjoy playing golf and going to the gym. I’m also interested in philosophy, architecture, travel and exploring Melbourne. I’m easy-going, clean and respectful of other people’s space, and I enjoy having a friendly chat with my flatmates.

I’m looking for a comfortable and clean place with friendly, respectful flatmates. I’d like to find a home where everyone is considerate of each other and keeps the shared spaces tidy. I’m happy to socialise, but I also value a peaceful environment when I need to study or rest.
