Hi! My partner Andy (27M) from South Korea 🇰🇷 and I, Emma (24F) from Canada 🇨🇦 are looking for a room.

Location: preferably accessible by public transport — near CBD or down by St Kilda area

Budget: $300-490 p/w (preferably furnished and utilities included), though we’re open for discussion for the right place.

Move-in Date: September (can start paying rent earlier to secure our spot). Ideally looking for long term (6-8 months), but flexible.

About us:
We’re considerate and social, but also enjoy quiet time at home. I am a barista, very sporty, love photography, and enjoy cooking homemade meals. Andy is a photographer and film enthusiast.

We value a clean and comfortable home, while still being relaxed, respectful of shared spaces, and open-minded. 💙 Non-smokers, love pets but don’t have any.
