Hi,

As the rental market has become incredibly tough for a single person with a dog, I am hoping to find long-term accommodation by teaming up with someone, renting a granny flat, or renting room/s in an existing shared house.

I’m a happy loner who gets up at 4 am, seven days a week. Because of my schedule, a truly quiet place is my top priority. I’m seeking a drug- and drama-free home where my dog can relax and feel safe during my working hours. Gracie (13.5y) is a quiet, senior dog with a golden soul. I walk her twice a day—once early in the morning before work, and again in the early evening.

I love maintaining a tidy, clean environment, as I believe it keeps the mind healthy. My hobbies include long walks, podcasts, gaming, gardening, health, fitness, documentaries, and jigsaws. I’m currently undertaking an online finance course, which takes up most of my remaining free time.

Ideally, I am looking for a peaceful, considerate, respectful, and marijuana-free home where Gracie is welcomed inside. Because of my early work schedule, I am looking for an environment free from loud music or frequent gatherings.

Furniture: I have my own bedroom furniture and a single-door fridge. An unfurnished space is preferred unless secure storage is available for my belongings.
