Franco Daniel Muñoz Hernandez

Hi! I'm Franco, 30, originally from Mexico, currently studying at Greystone College and working part-time as a bartender and dishwasher (RSA certified). I'm in Brisbane for the long term — starting a Master's at Griffith University in March 2027.

I'm looking for a place close to the city centre, since I work in South Bank and need to keep my commute short around my shift times.

I'm tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. Since I work bar shifts, my hours can be a bit irregular, but I'm quiet and considerate about it — no late-night noise or chaos. Outside of work and study I'm into landscape and wildlife photography (always got my camera on me), the gym, and hiking on weekends when I get the chance.

Looking for a clean, calm household where people get along and respect each other's space. Happy to chat over a coffee or join a house dinner now and then, but I'm not looking for a party house — just a comfortable place to come home to.
