Friendly, independent and easy-going Australian, currently enjoying an increasingly travel-oriented lifestyle in retirement. I’m clean, considerate and respectful of other people’s space, and I’m equally happy socialising or doing my own thing.
I have a background in engineering, teaching and consulting, and I’m reasonably good with technology, so I’m often able to help friends with phones, computers and the occasional technical mystery. I’m also really good at fixing things when needed. I enjoy travel, interesting conversations, exploring new places and meeting people from different backgrounds.
I’m looking for comfortable, affordable accommodation and would make a quiet, reliable and considerate housemate. I don’t smoke or drink, don’t have pets, and I’m accustomed to living independently. I have an extensive list of references from those I have stayed with in the past.
