I’m Alex, 24, moving to Sydney from Melbourne. I work full-time in consulting and I’m keen to find a place that’s actually fun to live in, not just somewhere to crash.
Background-wise: studied in Canberra and lived in a sharehouse there, then spent 8 months in Albury in another mixed share situation, including living with an all-female household, so I’m used to that dynamic and it worked really well. I’m pretty social and extroverted (also, fair warning, I think I’m pretty funny), but I also genuinely love my own space and a good routine. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with, but equally always up for a glass of wine and a good chit-chat in the kitchen. Random fact: I went to culinary school, so I cook a lot and love sharing meals with housemates.
I’m needing a place ASAP and am really just looking for somewhere safe, secure, and friendly. Happy to offer rent upfront if that helps things move quickly.
Just got back from a hiking trip in Nepal, too, still buzzing from it.
Would love to hear from you, keen for a chat and a laugh!
