Katherine Chiu and Ryan

Hi, we’re Katherine and Ryan, a quiet and responsible couple looking for a place to call home with our two much-loved Border Collies, Bailey and Milly.

I’m a Senior Dental Assistant with Queensland Health, managing dental sterilisation and reprocessing operations, including supporting staff and the day-to-day workflow of the sterilisation departments. Ryan is currently building and operating his own small business.

We’re both clean, responsible and considerate, and take pride in looking after the home we live in. Bailey and Milly are well cared for and very much part of our family. We’re hoping to find a comfortable, pet-friendly home where we can settle in together long-term and care for the property as if it were our own.
