🏠 **Looking for a Room on the Gold Coast 🌴**

Hey everyone! 😊

I’m Deniz, 30, originally from Germany, and currently in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa. I’ve been travelling the world for the past 8 months and plan to spend the next **6–12 months on the Gold Coast** 🇦🇺

I’m looking to move in by the 1st of September, with a budget of around **$350/week**. I’m travelling alone and would ideally like a **furnished room with a bed**, as I’m travelling light.

📍 Preferred areas: **Burleigh Heads, Miami, Broadbeach or Surfers Paradise**. I don’t have a car, so I’ll be using public transport.

I worked in **security in Germany for the past 4 years** and have a strong background in dealing with people and working responsibly. Here in Australia, I’m looking to work in **hospitality, bars or similar venues** and have already started applying for jobs.

I’m clean, respectful, reliable and easy-going. Keeping shared areas clean and respecting everyone’s space is very important to me. I’m social and enjoy meeting people, but I’m looking for a **mature and relaxed household**, rather than a constant party house.

🥊 I’m a martial artist and train fitness or martial arts around **5 days a week**. My goals for the next year are to work full-time, stay fit, eat healthy and learn how to surf 🏄‍♂️

I rarely drink because of my training, but I do enjoy going out, dancing and socialising occasionally. I vape and occasionally smoke cigarettes, but I **don’t smoke inside**. A balcony would be a nice bonus! 😄

💰 **Rent and bond are no problem.** I’m looking to stay for at least **6 months**, potentially up to 12 months.
