Clean, respectful, quiet and organised. I prefer a home where everyone shares household responsibilities fairly, keeps common areas tidy, and is considerate about noise, especially late at night. I’m comfortable with occasional guests, but would prefer a home that isn’t constantly hosting friends or parties.
