Hi, I'm Jade. I'm looking for a long-term room for rent in a relatively quiet home with mature-minded people.
I prefer a room with an ensuite, major plus if there's a private balcony or entrance.
Free to move in from late October to late November.

🪴 About me:
I have lived in a family share house most of my life, and more recently was the head tenant for 2 years. I understand the importance of maintaining healthy boundaries.
Mutual transparency and respect are of utmost importance to me.

I'm employed and have a stable income.
I spend a lot of my time servicing the Frankston area as a wildlife rescuer and shelter assistant, so I do prefer to stay somewhat local.
I am also a soon to be a disability support worker.

I'm quiet in nature and like to keep to myself. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs and am not a partygoer.
I take pride in my space and respect yours, and I strictly always clean up after myself.
I'm also considerate over energy usage and contributing household cleaning and essentials.
