My name is Jade and I'm currently looking for a place to call home.
I have lived in a family share house most of my life and was the head tenant of one for 2 years. I understand the importance of maintaining healthy boundaries.

I'm employed. I'm a wildlife rescuer and carer servicing the Frankston area, so I do prefer to stay somewhat local!
I am also a soon to be a disability support worker.
I hold strong values for myself. I don't smoke, drink or do drugs and am not a partygoer. I'm very quiet in nature and like to keep to myself.
I strictly always clean up after myself and often won't leave a trace in common areas. I'm considerate over household cleaning, energy usage and get good discounts on household essentials!
I am also happy to cook a meal for all every so often 🍝
