Hello! My name is Hyungjoo, and I’m a 24-year-old student from South Korea. I’ll be starting my Master’s degree at Bond University this September, and I’m currently looking for accommodation near the university. Ideally, I am looking for a place for a long-term stay. Since I am already in the Gold Coast, I have listed my move-in date as August 31st, but I am flexible as long as I can move in before the semester begins.
I’ve never smoked, and I’m definitely not a party person. I value cleanliness, hygiene, and, most importantly, respect and consideration for the people I live with. I keep my space very clean and tidy, and I prefer a quiet lifestyle. In fact, I have plenty of experience with communal living, including my military service in South Korea and living in a shared house in London three years ago. Through these experiences, I deeply understand the importance of being a responsible and considerate housemate. Based on my experience, I think it would be difficult for me to live with heavy partiers or smokers, as I highly value a peaceful and clean living environment.
My English is still a work in progress, but I’m always willing to communicate, learn, and improve. I would really appreciate it if you could consider me as a potential tenant.
