Hi there!

I’m Maureen 😊 I’m a working professional currently based in Melbourne and I’m looking for a new home in the next week or so. I’m tidy, respectful and easygoing, and I’m looking for a clean, comfortable and peaceful sharehouse where everyone is considerate of each other’s space.

I like to keep physically active, cook from time to time, enjoy reading and writing, watch sports, and otherwise I’ll generally be out working or doing my own thing. I’m social and friendly, but I also really value having a peaceful home to come back to.

I’m also in a position to pay **a month’s rent in advance in addition to the bond**, if that’s helpful and acceptable, so there’s some extra peace of mind around the tenancy from the outset.

I’d love to come and inspect the property and meet the household if the room is still available. Please let me know if you’re open to arranging an inspection!
