Hi, I’m Sam, a 27-year-old from the UK who has just arrived in Perth on a Working Holiday Visa. I’m currently looking for a private room in Perth or the surrounding suburbs, ideally somewhere with easy access to a train station or public transport.

I’m clean, tidy, easy-going and respectful of other people’s space, and I’m looking for a friendly household that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. I’m sociable and always happy to have a chat or do something with housemates, but I also appreciate downtime and respect everyone’s privacy.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, sports, running, getting outdoors and meeting new people. Having just arrived in Perth, I’m excited to explore the city and make the most of my time here.

I’m available to move in immediately and am ideally looking to stay for around six months, potentially longer.
