Hi, I’m Sam, a 27-year-old from the UK who has recently arrived in Perth on a Working Holiday Visa. I’m currently looking for a private room in Perth or the surrounding suburbs, ideally somewhere with easy access to a train station or public transport.

I’ve recently started working FIFO on a 2:1 swing, so I’ll be away for a good part of the time and will generally have a week in Perth between swings. I’m clean, tidy, easy-going and respectful of other people’s space, and I’m looking for a friendly household that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I’m sociable and always happy to have a chat or do something with housemates, but I also appreciate downtime and respect everyone’s privacy. When I’m back from work, I enjoy going to the gym, playing sports, running, getting outdoors and exploring Perth.

Having recently arrived in Perth, I’m keen to meet new people and make the most of my time here. I’m available to move in immediately and am ideally looking to stay for around six months, potentially longer.
