I am an M.Phil. student at the University of Newcastle and am looking for a suitable home for myself, my wife, and our children.

We are a quiet, respectful, and family-oriented household. We value cleanliness, privacy, and taking good care of the property we live in. We are non-smokers and are looking for a peaceful and safe home suitable for family life.

My research is based at the University of Newcastle, so we prefer a property with reasonable access to Callaghan campus, schools, shops, public transport, and mosque facilities.

We are looking for a whole property rather than a shared room arrangement, ideally for a medium-term stay between 3 and 6 months.
