Joseph Gardner

I’m Joseph, 36, originally from the UK and currently in Australia on a working holiday visa. My background is in executive support and communications, and I’m looking to settle in Sydney for the next six months or so.

I’m tidy, quiet, considerate and by all accounts pretty easy-going. I like having a home where everyone is comfortable doing their own thing, but I also enjoy actually getting to know the people I live with — whether that’s the occasional takeaway night, watching a TV series together or just having a chat in the kitchen.

Outside of work I’m into travel, galleries and museums, exploring new parts of the city, working out, films and generally making the most of being in Australia. I’m also very much a dog person.

I’m looking for a comfortable, friendly and relaxed home with considerate people, ideally somewhere I can properly settle rather than just feel like I’m renting a room.
