Looking for someone to start a sharehouse with in November. I have most of the furniture/appliances needed to fill a house. Would like to live with someone I can get on with, I want my house to feel like a home, not a boarding house. My biggest dealbreaker is I need to live in a strictly non smoking/vaping environment (including outside). I’m not hugely into parties but love to have small gatherings for dinner/games etc. and I host a feminist book club every 2-3 months. I’m hoping to live near Freo, currently in Spearwood and love it here. Also planning to get a whippet puppy early next year so need a house (and housemate!) suitable for that.
