Hey! I'm Claire! 😁

I'm an artist, massive music lover and enthusiast of all things creative, unusual and wonderfully weird!

I'm looking for a like-minded housemate to team up with and find somewhere around Bayswater and surrounding suburbs. Ideally, we'd find a place with 2+ bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, preferably with separate living areas, although I'm flexible on that last bit.

I'd love to live with someone who's actively creative themselves, whether that's art, music, making things or something completely different!

I'm friendly, curious, independent, pretty easygoing and happiest when I'm making art, listening to music or getting absorbed in one of my many projects.

I'd love a home where creativity is welcome, music is appreciated and an unfinished painting isn't considered a household emergency! 🤣

I'm considerate about keeping shared spaces clean and tidy, but I also appreciate that we're humans, not showroom displays.

The biggest things for me are honesty, mutual respect and open communication.

I welcome questions and expect to be able to ask them too. If something's bothering either of us, I'd much rather have a straightforward, respectful conversation than deal with passive-aggressive behaviour, mind games or unspoken expectations.

I'm not looking for perfection, just someone genuine, considerate and willing to communicate.

I enjoy a good chat, a laugh and interesting conversations, but I also really value independence and personal space. Friendly housemates who can happily do their own thing sounds pretty ideal!

I have a physical disability, so accessibility is something I'll need to consider when looking at properties. I'm on the Disability Support Pension, which provides a stable, regular income.

I'm hoping to find somewhere long-term that we can both genuinely feel at home.

I'd love to get to know a potential housemate first, ask each other questions, see if we click and then start house-hunting together.
