Valentine

I am a 40 yr old European born Australian male, im easy going and I get along with a variety of ages.
I rarely drink, i dont smoke and i work a lot and exercise regularly so essentially i wont be there a lot of the time Monday to Friday.
I use a motorbike for transport so i need some form of semi hidden parking.
I am on my way back from a 1 year holiday but i have money and a job.

Overall i am very clean, quiet and considerate.
I have a sarcastic humour style
I am a mix of solo and social, i dont bring people home.
I am looking for any length of stay most likely 6 month or longer but I am open to anything.
Hoping to move in on the 23rd September or after.
