My name is Kim, I’m 25 and currently looking for an unfurnished rental room south of the river around the $200-$380 a week range.

I’m looking to move mid-October as my current housemates (a couple) who I’ve been living with since 2022, have bought their own place and are planning on settling in there.

I’m super chill, tidy, and keep to myself most of the time, but also don’t mind a friendly chat! Ideally would to move into a share house with people around my age range. I work full-time 7-3:30pm on weekdays.

In my free time I love catching up with friends, and playing tennis🎾
