I’m a 25-year-old Kiwi moving to Sydney in mid-October and looking for a long-term room in a share house from around then.

💰 Budget: $500–$600 per week, but flexible for the right place

A little about me:

I’m from New Zealand and work in property development and construction. I’m clean, respectful and easygoing, and I’m looking to find a house with people who are friendly and social.

I’m really into sports running, footy, golf, gym ect and I’d love to live with people who are keen to do things together, whether that’s heading to the pub, having a house dinner, watching sport, going to the beach or exploring Sydney.

I enjoy a good chat and being social, but I also respect everyone’s space and enjoy some downtime myself. Ideally looking for a house that feels like a home and where people actually get along, rather than everyone just staying in their rooms.
