Hi everyone! I’m looking for a new place to call home and would be happy to move anytime for the right place and people 😊

A little about me: I’m Lita, 26, and I work full-time as a trainee accountant for a plumbing company while studying part-time. I’m friendly, easygoing and respectful of everyone’s privacy and routines. I’m naturally clean and tidy, especially in shared areas, and I always clean up after myself.

I’m an early riser and usually leave for work around 5:30 am, but I’m very mindful of keeping quiet. Outside of work and study, I enjoy cafés, salsa dancing, camping, hiking, board games, cooking, watching movies and spending time with friends. I enjoy having a chat or doing things together at home, while also appreciating my own space.

I also have a sweet three-year-old female cat. She’s desexed, vaccinated, fully litter-trained and very clean. She’s generally quiet and relaxed and mostly loves hanging around and having cuddles once she feels comfortable 🐾

I’m looking for a relaxed and friendly household where everyone communicates openly, respects each other and feels comfortable at home. My budget is up to $300 per week, although somewhere cheaper would definitely be a bonus haha.

I’m open to moving into an available room or teaming up with one or two people to find a place together around Newcastle CBD and the surrounding suburbs. If you think we might be a good fit or know of anything available, please feel free to message me!
