Roos and Sophie

We are two 23-year-old medical students from the Netherlands who will be moving to Sydney to complete our scientific research internship and Master’s thesis at the Melanoma Institute Sydney.
We are both very social, easy-going and love being around people. In the Netherlands, we each live in a house with around 10 other girls, so we are very used to sharing a home and really enjoy the social side of living together. We love cooking and having dinner with our housemates, going out for drinks or a party, but also having relaxed evenings together on the couch watching a movie.
We are big foodies and love good food and drinks, whether that means cooking a nice meal at home, trying new restaurants and cafés, or going out for drinks with friends. We definitely enjoy a good party as well!!
Besides that, we both like being active and spending time outdoors. We enjoy running, playing tennis and surfing, and we are very excited to make the most of Sydney’s outdoor lifestyle and beaches.
At home, we like to keep things clean and comfortable, while still having a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where friends can come over. We are both non-smokers and have no pets or children. We are looking for a place that feels like home during our time in Sydney, where we can combine studying and working at the institute with enjoying everything Sydney has to offer.
