🏡 LOOKING FOR LONG-TERM ACCOMMODATION IN ADELAIDE 🐱

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a private place to rent in Adelaide CBD or nearby suburbs.

Ideally, I’m looking for a self-contained studio, granny flat, unit, or similar accommodation with:

• Private bedroom or sleeping area
• Private bathroom
• Private kitchen or kitchenette
• Parking, if possible
• Pet-friendly conditions, as I would like to adopt a cat in the future

My budget is approximately $300 to $450 per week, or up to $550 per week if bills are included.

I am a responsible working professional and a recent Civil Engineering Drafting graduate. I am tidy, quiet, respectful, and take excellent care of the places where I live. I always pay my rent on time and have an extensive rental history in Australia, with references available from previous accommodation providers.

I’m looking for a comfortable and stable home for the long term. I would be the only person living at the property.
