About me
I'm Noah, 27, originally from the UK and living in Edgecliff. I'm a venue manager at a rooftop bar in the CBD. I work Tuesday to Saturday, mostly afternoons into the evening, so I'm out a fair bit and around most mornings.

Outside of work I'm at the gym four mornings a week and I cook most days, usually prepping meals in bulk, so a proper kitchen matters to me. I'm tidy, I clean up after myself, and I'm happy to share the chores.

What I'm looking for

A private room in a house or apartment, around my age and with a similar lifestyle - working professionals who are social but look after the place
A decent-sized kitchen
Walking distance to an Anytime Fitness would be a bonus

Areas: Paddington, Double Bay, Edgecliff, Rose Bay, Woollahra, Darling Point, Rushcutters Bay, Elizabeth Bay, Potts Point, Bellevue Hill, Bondi Junction

Move in: flexible for the right place

Budget: up to $550 per week

Length of stay: 6-12 months plus

I'm also open to finding a place with one or two others, if anyone is looking to team up.
