We’re a family of four (2 adults and 2 children, ages 10 and 6) looking for a place from last week of September till first week of December in Sydney.
Very clean family with disciplined kids that like to keep the house tidy and as our own.
We're looking for an exclusive use of the entire property for those dates — no other guests or rooms rented out.
Need a minimum of 2 bedrooms (with beds), the living room, kitchen and bathrooms.
Need a working Kitchen with oven, cooktop, full-size fridge, microwave, and basic cookware and plates for four.
Need a Laundry with washing machine on site and preferably a dryer or drying rack.
Need a Wi-Fi with high speed, and reliable for video calls and work from home.
Need 1 Parking car space.
Require bed linen, towels and basic household/cleaning supplies at check-in
Preferably regular housekeeping during the stay. Ready to pay extra for it.
